The H240 HBA is ideal for internal connectivity to, HDDs and SSDs that provides support for both 12Gb SAS and SATA hard disk drives. H240 HBA can also provide high performance for SSDs that do not require data protection. This SAS HBA is ideal for driving cost-effective and reliable scalability in today's data centers. The H240 Smart HBA controller can scale internal storage with addition of HPE 12G SAS Expander card. The H240 Smart host bus adapter provides flexibility to run in HBA mode or simple RAID mode.
